We can lead you through many aspects of Cookery in our specially designed demonstration kitchen; You choose any course, we have offered Seafood preparation, Bread making, BBQ, Easy Entertaining, Thai, Cooking the French Way & Desserts. Or perhaps we can accommodate your idea!

Wine or Whiskey Tasting
Whether you are a novice or a connoisseur, we can tailor a wine tasting to suit your group. We can arrange it around a particular group of wines or pricing structure. The wine tasting can be held in our intimate ground floor dining room with log fire either before dinner or during dinner and match the wines with the food
