Cookery School

The Cookery School at Ghan House was set up by chef/proprietor Joyce Carroll in 1993 – the 3rd to be established in Ireland.

If you want to know more about baking, seafood, entertaining your family and friends or simply wish to watch the experts show you how, then there will be a course to suit you.

Additionally, if there is a group of you, we can tailor a course just for you.

We host special events throughout the year such as Gourmet nights, wine tasting, Georgian Banquets and midwinter solstice night.
